Common questions

How much does PreConstruct cost?

Standard is $899 a month (10 projects, 3 users). Pro is $1,399 a month (20 projects, 6 users). Enterprise is quoted for unlimited volume. Annual billing takes about 11% off. Extra projects and users can be added to any plan.

Do subcontractors pay anything?

No. Subcontractors reach bid packages through the portal at no cost.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — 14 days on Pro, on one of your live bids. No card required to start.

What counts as a project?

Each bid you set up in PreConstruct is a project — its plans, specs, scope, bid sheet, proposals and planroom together. Re-running extraction on the same documents does not count as a new project. Unused projects expire at the end of the month.

What happens if I go over my plan?

Nothing stops. Extra projects are billed at the plan's per-project rate ($69 Standard, $59 Pro) and extra users at $49 a month, or you can upgrade any time.

Can I cancel? What happens to my data?

Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period. After that your account becomes read-only — you can still log in, view and export everything. We never delete your data.
